Holy Week & Easter Sunday Schedule Announced
As we continue our journey through the Lenten Season, we hope that you will mark your calendars to join with the community of St. Paul's Natick on these most holiest of days as we gather both in-person and live-streamed for these special services.
Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday on April 2 when we gather at both 8 and 10 a.m. At our 10 a.m. service we will begin outdoors on Natick Common and process with palms to the church.
The Holy Triduum ("three days") are the great three days of Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday which culminates with the Great Vigil of Easter on Saturday evening. You are invited to set aside time these days to "make room" for the mystery of Christ's death and resurrection. Make space in your days for prayer, for silence and for reflection. And, we hope you will make time to gather with the community of St. Paul's for worship.
- Maundy Thursday, April 6 at 7:00 p.m.
- Good Friday, April 7 at 12:00 noon
- Easter Vigil, April 8 at 7:00 p.m.
**Note: on Good Friday, April 7th, in addition to the 12 noon service at St. Paul's, there will also be an all-ages Stations of the Cross Hike at 2 pm. And, St. Andrew's in Framingham has invited our community to their 4 pm Children's stations of the Cross and a 7:30 pm Evening worship service.
The celebration continues on Sunday morning with two services to commemorate Christ's resurrection from the dead.
- Easter Sunday Worship, April 9 at 9:00 a.m.
- Easter Sunday Worship, April 9 at 11:00 a.m.
Through the previous three days of the Triduum, Christ has made the whole creation new.
The celebration of the newness of all creation will continue through the entire 50 days of Easter season!
