According to the Book of Common Prayer, sacraments are "outward and visible signs of inward and spiritual grace, given by Christ as sure and certain means by which we receive that grace."
Some of these sacraments are celebrated at times of certain special life events.

Baptism
Baptism marks our adoption into the Body of Christ. We celebrate Baptism during the Sunday Eucharist services.

Confirmation
The Sacrament of Confirmation gives teenagers and adults a chance to publicly claim their baptismal identity for themselves and step into full adult membership in the church.
